Data indicates that only leucine and those other amino acids structurally related to leucine are responsible for mTOR elevation, in simple terms – necessary for BCAA supplementation. This guarantees two things:

• Doses of double or more are not needed, as we have already doubled the dose of the ingredient directly responsible for protein turnover and synthesis.
• Competition between amino acids will not reduce leucine levels to the extent that mTOR regulation is affected.

Usage: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (2 scoops) with 400 ml of water and shake well for about 30 seconds. Sip during your workout.
