Usage For a 60g protein serving, mix 4 scoops (300g) with 750–900 ml of cold water in a shaker/blender. For a 30g protein serving, mix 2 scoops (150g) with 350-450 ml of cold water. Consume once daily or split into portions. Use as a post-workout recovery drink and/or between meals. When first starting this product, you may benefit from starting with half the amount and gradually increasing to a full serving to suit your personal caloric plan.
