How to Use: Mix 1 scoop of powder (5.9 g) with 240-300 ml of water. Take 1 serving upon waking in the morning before breakfast, and a second serving 4-6 hours later, preferably before training. Maximum daily dose - 2 servings per day. The product should be consumed on an empty stomach, before training. Drink plenty of water.
