Directions for Use:

Take up to 4 ml (0.8 tsp; 80 drops) daily, divided throughout the day. If you are new to Mega-Mag, follow the daily intake instructions above. Do not refrigerate. High magnesium intake may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the amount per serving.
