Ingredients. Apple pear flavor: maltodextrin 56%, isomaltulose1 (Palatinose™) 10%, oat flour (gluten) 10%, corn starch 10%, dextrose 8.0%, acid (malic acid, citric acid), flavorings, L-isoleucine 1.0%, thickener (carrageenan), table salt, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colors (sulfite ammonia caramel, carmine, riboflavin), pyridoxine hydrochloride, chromium picolinate. 1Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose. Unflavored flavor: maltodextrin 60%, isomaltulose1 (Palatinose™) 10%, oat flour (gluten) 10%, corn starch 10%, dextrose 8.0%, L-isoleucine 1.0%, thickener (carrageenan), pyridoxine hydrochloride, chromium picolinate. 1Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.

Usage. Mix one serving (50 g = ¾ scoop) of Supercarb Xpress with 300 ml of water. Consume one serving before or during training.
