Ingredients: L-tryptophan granulated 76%, capsule shell [gelatin, glazing agent (shellac), colorant (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulators (ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide)].

Allergens: Produced in a facility that processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, fish, and crustacean ingredients. May contain traces of these products.

Usage: Take 1 capsule daily with water, before bedtime.

Warnings: Keep tightly closed, in a dry place, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
