Usage: Mix 1 serving (12.5g, 1 scoop) of Hot Blood Hardcore powder with 200 ml of cold water daily. The drink is slightly carbonated, so shake every 5 seconds while mixing and open the cap to prevent pressure buildup. Consume one serving 30 minutes before your workout.
