Directions: Mix one serving (6g) with 400 ml of water. For the "loading phase," take one serving of CREA-BOMB per 15 kg of your body weight per day (this way creatine will saturate muscles faster). Distribute these servings throughout the day and drink before meals. After 5 days, for maintenance, take only 1 serving per day. If you wish to skip the "loading phase," start with 1 serving per day.
