Ingredients: L-tryptophan 65%, magnesium carbonate, capsule shell (bovine gelatin, color: titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin.
Caution! May contain traces of soy, milk, gluten, crustaceans, and eggs.
Usage: Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably before bedtime.
