Ingredients: L-tyrosine, olive leaf extract, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Schisandra chinensis (fruit) extract, Guggul (Indian myrrh) extract, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), Coleus forskohlii (bark) extract, cayenne pepper extract, sodium selenite, emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, sodium molybdate, vitamin B9 (folic acid), sodium iodide.

Usage: take 4 capsules per day with a sufficient amount of liquid.
