Ingredients: Barberry (Berberis aristata) extract (bark), Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA), Cinnamon extract (bark), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), black pepper extract (fruit), chromium picolinate.
