Ingredients: Rosehip extract (Tagetes erecta L.) (flowers), algal oil powder, acai berry extract, elderberry extract (berries), Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Zinc L-monomethionine sulfate, emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), saffron extract (stigma), Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Vitamin A (retinyl acetate), Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), Astaxanthin, sodium selenate, ß-carotene, copper sulfate, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Usage: take 2 capsules daily with a sufficient amount of water, preferably with a meal.
