Ingredients: Cyclic dextrin, maltodextrin, L-leucine, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), L-lysine hydrochloride, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-carnitine tartrate, potassium citrate, L-phenylalanine, sodium citrate, L-threonine, L-methionine, magnesium salts of citric acid, betaine, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, flavorings, L-tryptophan, sweetener (sucrose), emulsifier ( soy lecithin), color (beta-carotene), chromium picolinate.

Directions : Mix 50g (approximately 2 scoops) of powder with 600-700ml of water. Drink Epic Intra during your workout. Depending on your goals and body weight, the amount can be increased to 1.5 - 2 servings.
