Ingredients: L-carnitine tartrate (74%), choline bitartrate (12%), capsule shell (bovine gelatin, colorant: titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), nicotinamide, thiamine mononitrate.

Usage: 2 capsules per day, with water, preferably in the morning or before training.
