Ingredients: L-leucine (42%), L-isoleucine (21%), L-valine (21%), capsule shell (bovine gelatin, colorant: titanium dioxide), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin.

Usage: take 5 capsules 20 minutes before training and another 5 capsules 20 minutes after training with plenty of water.
