Ingredients: 87.4% ZMA® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate (L-OptiZink®), zinc L-aspartate, magnesium citrate salts, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride - vit. B6), anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatin, colorant: E 171).
Usage: For men: 3 capsules per day, for women: 2 capsules per day, 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
