Ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid - vit. C, filler - cellulose; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate - vit. E, zinc gluconate, American ginseng root extract (Panax quinquefolius L.), iron fumarate, nicotinamide - niacin, cyanocobalamin - vit. B12, riboflavin - vit. B2, retinyl acetate - vit. A, cholecalciferol - vit. D, calcium D-pantothenate - pantothenic acid, sodium selenite, copper gluconate, thiamine mononitrate - thiamine (vit. B1), thiamine hydrochloride - thiamine (vit. B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride - vit. B6, manganese gluconate, boric acid, D-biotin - biotin, chromium (III) chloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid - folates, potassium iodide, anti-caking agents - silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule (gelatin, color: E 172).
Usage: take 1-2 capsules once a day, after a main meal, with a large amount of water.
