Tri-Creatine Malate is absorbed significantly better and faster than standard creatine monohydrate. The Tri-Creatine Malate molecule consists of malic acid bound to three creatine molecules. Thanks to malic acid, creatine begins to break down only upon entering the stomach. The stomach is less irritated, which sometimes occurred when using standard creatine monohydrate. Creatine itself is absorbed faster and more effectively (does not convert to creatinine), so compared to creatine monohydrate, a smaller amount of Tri-Creatine Malate will be needed.
Tri-Creatine Malate is rapidly and effectively absorbed, up to 95%, so it starts working very quickly, requires no "loading" or "saturation" phase.

Directions for use: Take 2 capsules twice a day - before breakfast, after training or before bedtime, with plenty of water.
