Ingredients: 90.4% L-carnitine tartrate, filler - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatin, colorant: E171).

Usage: 1 capsule per day, between meals, with plenty of water. On training days, it is recommended to take 1 capsule before and after training.
