Ingredients: 88% arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule (gelatin, colorant: E 171).

Directions for use: 3 capsules daily – during physical exertion – 1 capsule before and after training and/or before sleep.
