Ingredients: L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, L-citrulline malate, stabilizer microcrystalline cellulose, emulsifier sorbitol, Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract (80% gypenosides), stabilizer magnesium stearate, L-ascorbic acid, microencapsulated iron AB-Fortis® (iron(III) saccharate, calcium alginate carrier), thiamine hydrochloride.
Directions for Use: For activity duration up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets approximately 45 minutes before the start of physical activity. For activity duration longer than 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 minutes before the start and 2 tablets midway through the physical activity. The maximum daily serving is 4 tablets. Drink plenty of water.
