The vitamins contained help reduce the feeling of fatigue and tiredness and are important for normal energy metabolism and nervous system function.
Beneficial characteristics of contained vitamins:
Vitamin C - important for the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion, helps reduce fatigue and tiredness, and is important for normal collagen formation, normal function of bones, cartilage, gums, skin, and normal vascular function. Vitamin C improves iron absorption.
Vitamin E - helps protect cells from oxidative damage.
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) - important for normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, important for maintaining normal heart function and psychological state.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - helps reduce fatigue and tiredness, protects cells from oxidative damage, important for normal energy metabolism, nervous system function, and maintaining the condition of mucous membranes. Usage: hypotonics drink - mix 35 g (1 scoop) with 700 ml of water (non-carbonated), isotonic drink - mix 35 g with 500 ml of water. Drink 200-300 ml of the beverage before training. Depending on the nature, intensity, and environment of the training, drink 500-700 ml during 1 hour of exercise. Maximum daily dose – 35 g 3 times a day.
