Ingredients: gelatin hydrolysate, capsule gelatin (gelatin, colorant titanium dioxide), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid).

Directions: Take 4-6 capsules daily between meals. Consume until the package is finished. For active individuals, it is possible to take 8 capsules daily between meals. Swallow capsules with a large amount of water or a sports drink. Alcohol and milk are not suitable. Do not bite or chew the capsules!
