Beneficial properties of the ingredients:
Thiamine (vitamin B1) – important for normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, and maintaining normal heart function and psychological state.
Niacin (vitamin B3) – important for normal energy metabolism, nervous system function, normal psychological state, and maintaining the normal condition of mucous membranes and skin. Niacin also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
