Ingredients: glucose, maltodextrin, fructose, L-alanine, creatine monohydrate, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, magnesium stearate, L-leucine, L-tyrosine, taurine, L-carnosine, ascorbic acid, stabilizer polyvinylpyrrolidone, L-isoleucine, L-valine, flavorings, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, caffeine, sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K.

Usage: take 1-2 tablets to increase energy. It is not recommended to consume more than 2 tablets per hour. Maximum daily dose is 4 tablets. Chew or suck. Drink with a sufficient amount of cold water or another beverage.

Warnings: Store tightly closed in a dry place, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Do not use if you have health problems or are taking other medications. Contains caffeine (31 mg/4 tabl.). Recommended for ages 18 and up. Not for use by children and pregnant or breastfeeding women, or when trying to conceive. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
