Ingredients: water, acidity regulator citric acid, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, flavor, preservatives potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, sweeteners acesulfame K, sucralose and neohesperidin DC, color quinoline yellow (this color may adversely affect children's activity and attention).
Usage: for muscle protection and better muscle performance, drink 1 vial (60 ml) 30 minutes before training. For faster recovery and muscle mass growth, drink 1 vial immediately after training.
