Ingredients: whey protein blend (whey protein concentrate, hydrolyzed whey protein, whey protein isolate) (from milk), thickeners (maltodextrin, mct [fractionated coconut] oil, guar gum), cookie crumbs (tapioca starch, rice flour, sugar, cocoa, palm oil, salt, liquid chocolate, natural flavor, sodium bicarbonate), natural and artificial flavors, natural cream, emulsifier (sunflower and/or soy lecithin), salt, sweeteners (sucralose, stevia leaf extract), silicon dioxide, flavor enhancer (potassium citrate), cinnamon, enzymes (lactase, protease).

Usage: Dissolve 1-2 scoops (36-72g) of powder in 250-500 ml of water or skim milk. For best results, consume one serving in the morning immediately after waking up, another immediately after training, and a third at any time during the day to meet your body's protein needs.
