Pole designed for raising kites and bird scarers. The pole must be secured in at least 3 different locations: near the ground, 40 cm from the ground, and 100 cm from the ground. The kite or bird scarer is attached to the flexible part of the pole using fishing line or thin rope. Made from carbon fiber material.
