They contain simple carbohydrates and electrolytes that help maintain endurance during training and support hydration for the body. This isotonic drink ensures optimal fluid absorption and gastric emptying. The isotonic drink contains vitamins and minerals. Vitamin B1 helps ensure optimal energy metabolism or the conversion of nutrients into energy. Vitamins C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C helps reduce weakness and fatigue. Usage: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water. Before training 150ml, during training 150-250ml, after training 150ml. Drink every 30 min.
