Ingredients: whey protein concentrate (milk) (87%) (contains emulsifier (lecithins)), coffee extract (7%), flavoring, thickener (guar gum), skimmed milk powder (1%), salt, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Attention: contains milk and soy. Produced in a factory that also processes eggs, gluten, crustaceans, sulfur dioxide and nuts. May contain traces of these products.

Usage: 30 g of powder (approx. 3 tablespoons) and 250 ml of cold water in a shaker cup and shake for 20 seconds. Drink 1-2 servings per day.
