Ingredients: creatine monohydrate (75.8%), acid (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), flavoring, sweeteners (sucralose and steviol glycosides), emulsifier (silicon dioxide), colorant (beta-carotene).
Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, soy, lactose, and eggs.
Usage: Add 6 g of powder (approx. ½ scoop) to a shaker with 200 g of cold water and shake for 20 seconds. Recommended one serving per day.
