Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dextrin, dextrose, soy lecithin, sodium citrate), hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: Contains milk and soy.
Directions for Use: Recommended to take 4 tablets twice daily, 1 serving (4 tablets) before training and 1 serving immediately after training. Depending on amino acid needs, an additional serving can be taken in the morning or evening. On non-training days, consume between meals. Tablets are large and may be difficult to swallow; therefore, tablets can be chewed and washed down with a large amount of water.
