Ingredients: GlycerSize™ [65% glycerol powder, emulsifier (E551)], citrulline malate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (A-AKG), anhydrous betaine, flavorings, emulsifier (E551), acidity regulator (E296), salt, beetroot juice concentrate, color (caramel E150d)2,3, (E162)1,2,3, (E104)2,3. (E104): may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Usage: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (12.5 g) with 200-250 ml of water. Drink 1 serving 30 minutes before training, and also consume before competitions.
