Hellgel® is an NO (nitric oxide) stimulator, whose main effect is to increase muscle pump. NO production is stimulated by a unique combination of active ingredients, primarily arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, citrulline, and beta-alanine (an essential amino acid that supports carnosine production in muscle tissue). Hellgel® also contains 4 forms of creatine: creatine AKG – alpha-ketoglutarate, tri-creatine malate, creatine ethyl ester, and creatine monohydrate. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, as is common for bodybuilders or fitness exercises. This effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine – one Hellgel® sachet contains 5 g. Hellgel® also contains branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which protect muscle mass during intense training, and amino acids glutamine and glutamine alpha-ketoglutarate (glutamine is an essential amino acid abundant in muscle tissue; during intense physical exertion, this substance is depleted rapidly, which is why it needs to be supplemented). The stimulating effect of Hellgel® on the nervous system is provided by taurine, caffeine, and green tea extracts, which will help you focus on your workout. The product is a gel that is perfectly absorbed and conveniently dosed in single-serving sachets.
