Ingredients: bulking agent (cellulose gel), emulsifiers (calcium phosphates, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), zinc gluconate, coating [stabilizers (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol-co-polymer, polyvinyl alcohol), emulsifier (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)], zinc bisglycinate.

Usage: take 1 tablet daily with a meal, with a glass of water.
