Usage: Mix 40 g (3 tablespoons) of powder with 50 ml of water and let the mixture sit for 1 minute. This amount is enough for 2-3 smaller or 1 large pancake. Cook in a pan with oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (takes about 1 minute per side).
