The product contains active ingredients that contribute to melatonin production.

Melatonin is a natural sleep-regulating hormone produced by the pineal gland, located at the boundary of the diencephalon and mesencephalon. It causes drowsiness in the hours after sunset. Its production can be inhibited by natural or artificial light, as well as stress. Most adults need 6–9 hours of sleep per day.

Ingredients: sour cherry (Prunus cerasus) fruit extract 27%, feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) stem and leaf extract 27%, L-tryptophan 23%, capsule shell [gelatin, glazing agent (shellac), color (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], bulking agent (calcium phosphates), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Attention: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, eggs, gluten, crustaceans, sulfur dioxide, and nuts. May contain traces of these products.

Directions: take 2 capsules with a large glass of water 1 hour before bedtime.
