Marine collagen consists of 84% fish collagen, meaning a refreshing drink made from one serving (12 g) of drink powder will supplement your body with 10 g of collagen per day. Our body is capable of producing collagen, but as we age, it becomes increasingly important to supplement it with collagen obtained from external sources – high-quality collagen products. Vitamin C helps to support normal collagen formation, and through this, the maintenance of not only skin and blood vessels, but also normal bone, cartilage condition and function, and normal teeth and gums.
Each serving contains 10 g of hydrolyzed fish collagen.
