Ingredients: water, amino acid complex [hydrolyzed protein, whey protein hydrolysate, BCAA complex (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine 2:1:1], L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, maltodextrin, acid (citric acid), preservatives (sorbic acid), sodium benzoate), sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), pyridoxine hydrochloride, color (Sunset Yellow FCF*), cyanocobalamin. Usage: Consume one serving (40 ml) before training and one serving after training. On non-training days, consume one serving in the morning.
