Usage: Mix 1 serving (100 g = 3 scoops filled to the top line = 7 tablespoons) of powder with 200 ml of hot water or 100 ml of cold water and let it stand for 1-2 minutes. Consume at any time of the day and combine with your favorite fruits, nuts, or other toppings.
