GH Hormon Regulator contains arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and L-ornithine hydrochloride, as a source of the amino acid L-arginine and L-ornithine, in a 2:1 ratio. It is a formula consisting of the amino acid L-lysine and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 can help reduce fatigue and regulate hormonal activity. It can also contribute to protein and glycogen metabolism and normal psychological function.

Ingredients : L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 43.3%, L-ornithine hydrochloride 21.6%, capsule shell [gelatin, water, dyes (titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides)], L-lysine 16.2%, binders (silicon dioxide, cellulose gum), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Usage : take 4 capsules daily, preferably before bedtime.
