Ingredients: inulin 51.3%, glucomannan 26.7% (from konjac root (amorphophallus konjac) tubers) (contains sulfur dioxide), citrus fiber 8%, psyllium husk powder 7% (from plantago ovata seeds), fructooligosaccharides 6%, emulsifier (silicon dioxide).
Attention: produced in a facility that also processes milk, soy, eggs, gluten, crustaceans, sulfur dioxide and nuts. May contain traces of these products.
Directions: mix 1 serving (5 g = 1 measuring spoon to the top mark = 2 teaspoons) of powder with at least 200 ml of water and shake well. Consume before meals, 3 servings per day, drink with plenty of water.
