Usage: Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1 scoop = 2 tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water, drink twice a day. On training days, consume the first serving within 45 minutes after training, the second serving between meals. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Use a shaker.
