Attention! Made using equipment that processes milk, eggs, soy, nuts, fish, and shellfish products; may contain traces of them.
Usage: Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1 scoop = 2 tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water and drink twice a day. On training days, drink the first serving within 45 minutes after training, and the second serving between meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Use a shaker.
