Usage: For a full bath, add 250 g of Magnesium Mind flakes (approx. 2 cups). Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. For a foot bath, add 150 g of Magnesium Mind flakes (approx. 1 cup) to approx. 5 liters of water, enough to cover feet. Sit back and relax for 20 minutes.
Dosage: 750 g of Magnesium Mind flakes contain 90 g of magnesium.
Storage: Magnesium flakes are highly hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left open. Store in a dry place and reseal opened bags promptly. Use within 12 months of opening.
