Ingredients: Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, Pelargonium (geranium) leaf oil, Bergamot (Citrus aurantium bergamia) peel oil, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol.

Usage: For a full bath, add 250 g of Magnesium Mind flakes (approx. 2 cups). Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. For a foot bath: Add 150 g of Magnesium Mind flakes (approx. 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Dosage: 750 g of Magnesium Mind flakes contains 90 g of magnesium.

Storage: Magnesium flakes are highly hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left open. Store in a dry place and reseal opened bags quickly. Use within 12 months of opening.
