Usage: For a full bath, add 250g of Magnesium Muscle Flakes (approx. 2 cups). Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Foot bath: Add 150g of Magnesium Muscle Flakes (approx. 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water to cover your feet. Sit back and relax for 20 minutes.

Dosage: 750g of Magnesium Muscle Flakes contains 90g of magnesium.

Storage: Magnesium flakes are highly hygroscopic and will absorb moisture rapidly if left open. Store in a dry place and reseal opened bags promptly. Use within 12 months of opening.
