Directions for use: For long-duration exercise: Consume 1 gel at intervals during a long training session that requires rapid mental and physical boost. For short-duration exercise: Consume 1 gel 15 minutes before a short, intense exercise session. Velocity-Fuel gels do not need to be diluted with water to be effective. Ensure you stay hydrated.
